Professor (PhD) at the University of São Paulo (USP). Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from São Paulo State University (2015), a Master’s degree in Biotechnology (UNESP, 2016), and a PhD in Metallic Materials Biotechnology (UNESP, 2021), with the experimental doctoral research carried out at the Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain) between 03/2020 and 02/2021. Completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Federal University of São Carlos, in the Department of Materials Engineering (DEMa). During the postdoctoral period, part of the research was conducted at the Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain) between 02/2024 and 10/2024. Currently, she is a Professor at the Lorena School of Engineering, University of São Paulo (USP). She has experience in the fields of Materials Engineering and Metallurgy, focusing on the development of new multicomponent and biodegradable alloys, with emphasis on surface modification through different routes to improve bioactive, mechanical, and tribocorrosion properties.
